We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Gingham Grasshopper, therefore we offer a money back guarantee for the purchase price of your item if you return it within 30 days. Please call before returning your item so we will be expecting it.

**Engraved items and custom birthstone Mothers Jewelry are personalized and, therefore, not returnable.
**While we understand accidents happen, we cannot guarantee any jewelry that has been washed in a washing machine, worn in a swimming pool, or worn while bathing. These are damaging to jewelry.
Ordered the wrong size?
Beaded Bracelets: We will restring beaded bracelets, free of charge (shipping costs not included) if you receive your bracelet and discover you have ordered the wrong size. Please notify us within 10 days after receiving your beaded bracelet. If a larger size is needed you may incur a small additional charge for extra materials. In the event your beaded bracelet should break anytime during the first 6 months of normal wear, we will restring it for you - free of charge. Shipping costs are not included, please add the cost of returning the bracelet to you via the shipping method you choose. Call us for more information.
Shipping Your Return
Before returning your item for refund or resizing:
- Please call or email us and explain your request, include any information such as missing parts, etc. We need to be expecting your package. We will advise you of the shipping costs for returning your package to you in the case of resizing or restringing.
- For Returns: Place the item in its original jewelry box with all packaging items. Include your invoice number and ship to the address below.
For Resizing: Securely wrap the bracelet in bubble wrap or other protective wrapping to prevent damage. Include return postage with your package, plus the invoice number or name of the person who purchased the item.
do not ship any jewelry item in a standard business envelope. The US post office may damage or discard such items. Ship all items in a bubble envelope or box with the appropriate postage. It is best to ship via a trackable method; we are not responsible for any items we do not receive.
